Return policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return the products.

LEGAL CONFORMITY GUARANTEE - RETURNS FOR DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS:

In the event of defects or non-conformities, you shall be entitled to have the Product's Conformity restored, by repair or replacement, or alternative remedies in the cases expressly provided for by Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

If you have received a damaged, non-compliant, defective or incorrect product, you may request the repair, replacement or refund of the product. Pursuant to and for the purposes of the European Directive 771/2019/EC and the Consumer Code, the products you have purchased are covered by the legal conformity warranty, which covers defects in the conformity of products for a maximum period of 24 (twenty-four) months from their delivery, with the understanding that your action to claim the aforementioned lack of conformity will in any case expire within the term of twenty-six months from delivery.

To request a refund, follow the instructions in the previous paragraph - "Return Request" - indicating as a specific reason "Damaged, non-conforming or incorrect product" and attaching one or more pictures of the item in question, in which the defect is clearly visible.

Once the procedure has been completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the return form and all the instructions for proceeding with the shipment.

Authorisation to return the product will in no way constitute recognition of the non-conformity, the existence of which must be ascertained by us after the return.

We reserve the right to refund the defective item only after we have carried out the appropriate quality checks to verify the actual non-conformity of the returned product. If the product's non-conformity is ascertained, you will be refunded using the same method of payment used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal, etc.) or by bank transfer.


HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

    Send an explicit declaration of your decision to return to Antonacci Studio to the e-mail address customercare@antonaccistudio.it, requesting the return form from Customer Service and following the instructions contained in the confirmation e-mail.

    At the end of the procedure, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the return form to be inserted in the package and instructions for the return of the product.

    Insert the completed return form in the package together with the product(s) to be returned. Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, i.e. in perfect condition, complete with all parts, unused, with the original packaging and any manuals included, and with labels and tags still attached to the products.

    Prepare the packaging by sticking the label with our address on the outside and clearly visible. The address is:

The return of products to Antonacci Studio must be made without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the day on which the request for withdrawal was made. The deadline is respected if the goods have been shipped before the expiry of the 14-day period.



RETURN FOR WITHDRAWAL:



In the case of return for withdrawal, the shipping costs for the return of the products shall be borne by the customer. The responsibility for the return shall be borne by the customer until the package is delivered to our warehouse.

The right of withdrawal is excluded in the cases provided for in Article 59 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and, in particular, in the case of supplies of sealed goods that are unsuitable to be returned for hygienic or health reasons and that have been opened after delivery. The return by withdrawal of products that meet these requirements, with particular reference to cosmetic products, is authorised only if the products are returned perfectly intact, i.e. unused and unopened.



DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:


In the case of returns due to an incorrect, damaged or defective product, we shall bear the shipping costs. In addition to the value of the purchased products, we shall also reimburse the amount of the logistics costs incurred in delivering the order, if the returned product is the only one in the order. In addition, transport costs for the return will not be charged.



REFUND:



The return will be processed within 14 working days from the date of delivery to our warehouse. The timeframe may vary due to possible transport delays in case of holidays or force majeure, however, we would like to assure you that we will always do our best to limit such changes as much as possible. We will only proceed to refund the amount after we have carried out the appropriate quality checks or to verify, in the event that the product was returned due to defects, the actual non-conformity declared by the customer. You will be refunded all payments made for the returned items, including delivery costs only if the purchaser decides to use the courier service proposed by the Seller, but you will be charged for any loss of value of the product and will receive a refund for the remaining amount. Refunds will take approximately 14 days after verification of the product. Refunds will be made using the same payment instrument used for the purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
